Hardware GOATs offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Hardware GOATs Full Access memberships.

Your refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both the monthly and the annual plan, and to renewal payments as well as first purchases.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or email us at hardwaregoats@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to show the credit. Once a refund is issued, member-only features are switched off for that billing period.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
